Due to the nature of my business, all items are made to order (produced just for you) and because of that I cannot accept refunds or exchanges.
I don't accept returns or exchanges with size or color problems please use color and size chart for reference.
We only accepted return or exchanges in this cases:
1. If bag was damaged or with any problems from our part.
2. Cancelation request is available on 4 hours after you make purchase no later than that.
